With a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Psychology (Counselling & Mental Health) and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, my work is grounded in a strong understanding of the psychological factors that influence wellbeing, behaviour, and change.

This allows me to integrate evidence-based techniques with a holistic, personalised approach—tailored to your individual needs and experiences.
