This is not a new thing, throughout history, people have always needed guidance on their journey. Around 4000 years ago, the Inuit people created stone markers called Inukshuk, human-like structures to guide travellers across vast, challenging landscapes. They were a reassuring sign: a reminder that you were in the right path. These marked safe routes, identified important hunting and fishing areas, warned them of danger, and helped others find their way through often harsh and uncertain environments. The Inuit people wanted others to succeed with these symbols of hope, safety and direction.
The same principle sits at the heart of my work; I too want you to succeed on your chosen path.
As a positive psychology coach and hypnotherapist, I support individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, low self-esteem and confidence challenges.
