Calm your mind. Rebuild confidence. Feel more like yourself again.
When you reach this stage of life, it’s rarely just one thing you’re dealing with. Many of us are managing careers, supporting ageing parents, showing up for our children or even grandchildren, and still trying to find space for ourselves. We’re used to coping, getting on with it, and holding it all together. But menopause can add a layer that’s harder to push through in the usual way, it can affect more than just our physical health, for many the emotional and psychological impact can be just as significant.
You many notice increased anxiety, low confidence, low mood, brain fog and a sense that you’re “not quite yourself anymore” and for some it can feel unsettling or even overwhelming. This is where the right kind of support can make a real difference.
A different kind of support
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, combining hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, and Positive Psychology to support you in a way that feels practical, personalised, and effective. My Menopause Support combines these to help you to both manage anxiety, rebuild confidence and feel calmer, clearer and more in control during this transition.
This isn’t about “pushing through” or ignoring what’s happening.
It’s about helping you:
- Understand what’s changing (without judgement)
- Regulate anxiety and emotional overwhelm
- Rebuild confidence and self-trust
- Improve sleep and mental clarity
- Feel more steady, calm, and in control
Working with mind and body
During menopause, hormonal changes can affect how your brain responds to stress, emotion, and memory. You might notice feeling more anxious, more reactive, or less confident than you used to—and that can be frustrating, especially if you’re someone who’s always coped well.
At the same time, this isn’t about something being “wrong” with you. It’s about understanding what’s changing and working with it in a way that supports you, rather than pushing through as you may have done before.
Alongside calming the nervous system and easing those heightened responses, we also focus on something equally important—your strengths.
Even if it doesn’t feel like it right now, they haven’t disappeared.
Using tools such as the VIA Character Strengths, we identify and build on what is already strong within you. You’re not starting from scratch, you’re working from a solid foundation. This can be particularly important if menopause has knocked your confidence or left you feeling a bit unsure of yourself.
The aim is to help you feel more steady, more like yourself again, and better equipped to handle whatever’s on your plate.
This kind of work can be helpful if you’re noticing things like increased anxiety or panic, dips in confidence, mood changes, brain fog, disrupted sleep, or that general sense of feeling overwhelmed or not quite like yourself.
This is a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what’s happening—without being dismissed or told to “just get on with it.”
Our work together is structured, but flexible, and shaped around what you need. It may include a combination of hypnotherapy sessions, therapeutic coaching conversations, and practical tools you can use in everyday life to support how you’re feeling.
Everything is tailored to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, because menopause doesn’t show up the same way for everyone.
And importantly—you don’t have to figure this out alone.
Menopause is a transition, but it doesn’t have to be one where you lose yourself. With the right support, it can become a time where you understand yourself more deeply, rebuild confidence, and feel more emotionally steady than you might expect right now.
